Many women don’t realize that they are wearing the wrong size bra. Some go for years with ill fitting support bras, never knowing that they could find more comfort and better support if they changed to the right size. If you know how to properly measure your own size, you’ll be able to find a better bra overall and the difference will be amazing.

The first step to measuring for support bras is to measure your band size. Measure underneath your current bra, directly under the bust, with all the air expelled from your lungs. Once you have the right measurements, you’ll be set to buy better fitting support bras. Remember to re-measure if you have any major body changes, whether gaining or losing weight, pregnancy, or other changes that can affect your breast size.
